Plataformas interactivas digitales en la enseñanza de morfofunción cardiorrespiratoria en medicina

El avance de las tecnologías digitales ha transformado los modelos pedagógicos en la educación médica, generando nuevas oportunidades para la enseñanza de contenidos morfofuncionales que tradicionalmente presentan un alto grado de complejidad. El presente estudio revisa la evidencia científica disponible sobre el uso de plataformas interactivas digitales en la enseñanza de la morfofunción cardiorrespiratoria en programas de pregrado de medicina. Para ello, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sistemática en las bases de datos PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science y Google Scholar, considerando artículos publicados entre 2018 y 2024. Los hallazgos evidencian que las plataformas que incorporan estrategias de gamificación, simulación tridimensional (3D), realidad aumentada y sistemas de retroalimentación adaptativa favorecen la comprensión de la anatomía y fisiología cardiorrespiratoria, incrementan la motivación estudiantil y fortalecen la integración básico-clínica. Asimismo, se identificaron vacíos significativos en la validación de estas herramientas dentro del contexto latinoamericano. En conclusión, la incorporación sistemática de plataformas interactivas digitales en la enseñanza de la morfofunción cardiorrespiratoria constituye una estrategia pedagógica de alto impacto y una alternativa pertinente para las carreras de medicina ecuatorianas, especialmente en el marco de las exigencias de innovación curricular promovidas por el Consejo de Aseguramiento de la Calidad de la Educación Superior.
